"Tying to get a letter"

About: Ealing Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as a service user),

I had a call from the chest clinic recently concerning my inhaler, they wanted me to go onto a different one. I was told I would receive a letter confirming this, but a week later and still no letter had arrived, so I went to the hospital to see if I could get a copy.

After speaking to several people I spoke to a really nice person, her name was Pearl, she went and spoke to people. As I approached the chest clinic again Pearl was walking toward me, with a big smile she asked, not getting anywhere, I gave her my details and off she went, next time I saw her she had a copy of the letter and told me to give it to my doctors surgery, just need to say how good it was to get help from someone who didn’t seem to mind helping me out so felt needed to tell about it. Thank you.
