Excellent nothing more I can say .

They try to think of every thing

Cafes restaurants, places you can chill out relaxation room with internet and TV.

The wait can be a long one ,beware set a whole day aside.

Everyone communicated well deadline do try to be met.

Every thing is explained to you so you get informed choices.

Family are made welcome to get involved in their loved one care.

Parking can be an issue ,when some is reserved for private patients only!!!!

Overall experience was good staff excellent .

Nothing to be afraid of people who have to attend get very well cared for , and treated

with the utmost respect, any questions are answered and you can feel treasured about the best possible treatments for you're particular condition . Daughter of a Christie patient.

We are pleased to receive this positive feedback and were particularly glad to hear that our explanations were good and that family were made to feel welcome and encouraged to be involved in their loved one's care. We are working hard to improve waiting times and have recently increased the number of parking spaces for patients and visitors.
