One Saturday at the end of May my husband was seen at Derby Royal Infirmary ED for a dislocated shoulder. The staff were all friendly and made sure we had hot drinks whilst we were waiting. The staff explained everything very well and transferred my husband's notes to our home town in Nottingham which has meant he has received prompt follow up. Thank you
