(as a relative),

Lukasz and Laura were the ambulance crew that attended our home when my daughter became suddenly unwell as she was suffering from covid. They were polite, professional and considerate. They made my daughter feel at ease and reduced her anxiety whilst they treated her symptoms with care and attention. They communicated effectively with us regarding her condition and treatment options. This crew provided a lovely experience during an anxious time and are a credit to the NIAS, many thanks for their professionalism and care.
