(as the patient),

I had an appointment in March to get my original implant removed and a new one put in, they were absolutely amazing, dealt with me within 10 minutes.

I then phoned back up in May as I had come on my period the day after my implant being put in and I had not stopped since, they brought me in, done all my obs and then I had to do a screening to make sure it was the implant making me bleed. I then had to wait 4 days for my results that all came back clear so the following day I had another appointment to get a pill to stop the bleeding!

They was all so understanding and amazing can’t congratulate them anymore
