I attended accident and emergency 3 times this week with my son. I am so drained coming in and out and the doctors not taking me seriously until the third time I was in, and his sickness was getting worse every time.
The staff were okay there but some were very nice.
Daisy ward is totally different, it is very good. I am very happy with the care my son is receiving and the facilities are out of this world.
The staff here are very nice and they all work together as a team. I cannot pick anyone out individually all the nurses are nice.
The only thing I would like to see different was that a paeds doctor be called more often in accident and emergency, my sons case could have been much worse since I had to take him in 3 times to be taken seriously.
