"Utterly wonderful experience"

About: NHS Lanarkshire

(as the patient),

I had appointment at my local health centre today with Nurse Gillian.

I was so well looked after, she made me feel at ease, gave me a scan, internal examination and done all this whilst giving me loads of facts and information regarding what my problem was.

I’ve come away with a plan on what’s happening next, the medication she’s recommending, the referral and treatment I can expect.

Utterly wonderful experience considering how delicate the situation was, I felt positive and confident going forward.

Nurse Gillian was a first class nurse can’t thank her enough .
