About: Emergency department / GP Out of Hours

(as a parent/guardian),

I contacted out of hours mid April with concerns regarding my three year old son.

I am aware OOH is experiencing great challenges and difficultly in service provision. 

I spoke with a lovely nurse (Nurse Taggart) who was very understanding and pleasant. Her advice was very reassuring and helpful.

I hope that your 3 year old son is feeling better. Yes Out of Hours is extremely busy which you have acknowledged but thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Nurse Taggart. This was shared with the practice manager so that she can show it to Nurse Taggart.
