"Quick and efficient childrens A&E"

(as a parent/guardian),

My little boy was unwell, on a friday afternoon. The department was busy, but nothing was a bother. We were seen quickly and moved to the panda unit as soon as possible on arrival. We were treated by the matron of panda and a student nurse. Really settled our worries, gave us information to take away and a service with a smile. Really reassuring, thank you so much.
