(as a service user),

I visited the GP and was referred to the vascular surgeon and the diabetic services due to my toes going black.

The service was fantastic, everyone I dealt with were very pleasant. I had no problems. The treatment was quick and fantastic. I was fully informed and was given information away with me.

The staff are brilliant and really put you at ease.

I have had on going health issues for 8 years and they have always been great, I've really had no problems at all.
