My mum was recently admitted to Resus after taking unwell. Ambulance and Resus staff were fantastic despite the situation we found ourselves in with an end of life situation. My mum was then transferred to Ward 53 to receive her final care. Our nurse was Shonagh and she made our sad situation much easier. As an NHS employee myself, I am proud and pleased to say that Shonagh was an excellent representation of NHS Values. It was clear she wasn’t just ‘doing a job’. The care and compassion she showed to my mum and my father and I was very much appreciated and she helped to make a very sad situation bearable.

It really sounds like Shonagh was an absolute angel and really helped with the care and compassion she showed to all your family. I'm sure this helped immensely.
