"My life and how it was turned around thanks to my mental health counsiller"

My mentor Mrs chundhry has really changed my life I was depressed had no self esteem wouldn't go out, also angry not sleeping wouldn't speak to family members always making excuses and wanted to end my life. She never judged me always talked to me as a person made our visits comfortable she had the patients of an angel,  slowly making me turn my life around making me gain confidence every week. She was always listening and giving advice never forcing issues this made me feel great as each meeting she gave me the strength and courage to come from that deep dark hole to now have my family back in my life and my children are very happy as I'm not shouting and moaning about everything, that bond is now on track I now even go out and socialize if you told me this was possible before my counselling. I would have said that no one can help and leave me alone this lady has changed my life and given me a reason to live life and cherish my family and regain my confidence in myself she has been my rock thankyou to all you people that take time to care for all of us .
