Great facility.

Very pleasant staff who explained everything to me. Ease of access to book. My call was returned and appointment set up. Got a call 90 mins before my scheduled to slot to say earlier time was a available if I wanted it .

Good afternoon

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of our Virtual Visiting Service in Southern Health and Social Services Trust. We recognise how difficult it is for patients and families at the minute due to Covid 19 and the current restrictions on visiting. Your story just lets us see how important this service is to you.

I have personally shared this with our Virtual Visiting Team - this includes our Virtual Visiting Schedulers who take the booking each day and our Virtual Visiting Officers who set up the calls for your mother - they are delighted.
