I recently had an OPD appointment at Dr Gray's Hospital cancelled on the day of the clinic. A member of the admin staff (Chloe) contacted me by phone to let me know. I then had to contact the department to rearrange the appointment and by chance Chloe answered my call and was extremely helpful.
I'm under no doubt how stressful the job of cancelling and rescheduling appointments must be under normal circumstances (without Covid adding to the pressures) but Chloe was a credit to the department and clearly a natural when it comes to customer care.
