"Experience in A&E"

I had a fall and fractured my right wrist. Although the department was really busy I really want to commend all of the staff that I had contact with. The medical team were amazing as were all the nursing staff. In particular, I can’t praise highly enough the nurse practitioner Michelle. She really went above and beyond and was incredibly patient centred, considerate, and a wonderful example of what an exceptional nurse can be. I would also like to thank Tony from the trauma assessment unit.
