Breathless on exertion. GP sent me to Watford General Hospital to rule out a pulmonary embolism.
Communication very bad between GP and hospital but eventually seen in Ambulatory Care Unit and had fantastic care. Many thanks to Van, nurse in charge, Donna, the AP who did all my tests, Dr Ejas whom I pestered to let me go home and phoned me later with my normal blood test results and further advice- and also to Margaret the receptionist who was kindness itself to me and everyone else who was there.
