Anything else?
The cleanliness and general tidyness of the A&E waiting area was terrible. It appeared like no-one is responsble for / takes care that the best is made of the facility. On several occasions the security man was leaning right over the small reception desk (maybe for work reasons?) to talk to the lady, in the way of people approaching it - very unprofessional and not establishing the correct character of an efficient hospital . There were 2 'wet floor' warning boards in front of the desk which kept getting in the way when the floor was not at all wet. Sweet wrappers on the floor and a sick bowl under the chairs.
After my wait, a nurse saw me and was absolutely fantastic. The nurse was operating our of a window-less hot bland room but was caring, clearly extremely experienced and very professional, a total credit to you. I am very grateful to her for stitching my finger up and sorting me out!
