My elderly father has been attending the haemotology service for the last few months . The standard of care provided , from Covid check in HCAs , through ward clerks to nursing and medical staff has been excellent .
My father recently attended for bone marrow biopsy . The ANP ( in training ?) who provided care was exceptional. She ensured my father ( and me ) understood the procedure and treated him with kindness and compassion throughout .
Thank you to the whole team . We feel confident that as my dads ‘journey’ progresses he will have the best possible care .
"The best possible care"
