About: Causeway / Hospital Diversion Nursing Team

(as a relative),

I have recently become aware of this exceptional team in NHSCT as my elderly father has required blood transfusions . 

We have had contacts with Eileen and Elaine in the Causeway team who visited my home to organise the transfusion at home , and last week with the team working in Rosedale . 

This trust wide team lives the HSC values and are so accommodating and helpful in coordinating and organising  services whether my dad is in his own home or staying at my home .

Thank you so much for taking time to share your experience of the care your dad received from Hospital Diversion Nursing Team

I am so pleased we were able to facilitate your dad’s treatment, both within his own home, and within our clinic in Rosedale.

Our aim is to provide quality care in the community thus preventing the need to attend hospital and I am delighted to hear that the team demonstrated our Trust values
