About: Antrim Area Hospital / Endoscopy Suite

(as a relative),

Attendance at AAH for pre colonoscopy appt and for colonoscopy procedure . 

The service provided to my elderly father was very good . He was treated very well and his individual needs were considered with care and compassion . The staff displayed the HSC values and we felt like we were receiving patient centered individualized attention .

At the pre assessment , June explained everything very well , giving us all the options to consider , in a very kind and considerate way . 

Patsy? The endoscopic on the day of the procedure , similarly was kind and considerate . 

A first rate service all round . Thank you

Hi My name is Ann I am the Endoscopy unit Sister and I am very pleased to see your feedback about the service your father received during his colonoscopy. I know all the Staff in the unit strive to give 100% care and attention to all patients who come to Antrim Endoscopy Unit and your lovely comments have just confirmed this.
