Administrative mess. Took 25 weeks from referral to treatment for abnormal bleeding between periods with history of abnormal smears. In that time put on the wrong waiting liist and administrative staff very poor at resolving the problem. Only got appointment after formal complaint and about 20 phone calls. 6 week follow up meeting eith consultant to get results following surgery never materialised and told I had fallen out of the system. Operation was in January and still waiting for results. Doctor's surgery not even notified I had had the procedure. Son also failed to receive his appointment with annual appointment with urology and told he had also fallen out of the system. Really?

We're very sorry that your experience of the Lister's gynaecology service has not been as good as would have liked. Whilst many patients report excellent care and support from our staff, clearly this has not happened in your case - for which we apologise.
