I attended radiology for an MRI scan of my pituitary gland. I was a little nervous but everyone was so calm and friendly and shared a couple of jokes with me, which made me feel at ease. I had all of my questions answered and the staff chatted with me. Everything was on time; I was told how long I would be waiting. Every time anything happened, it was all explained to me in the right level of detail.
