I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team on gynae outpatients this week. I went for investigations after a postmenopausal bleed and the team were kind, caring and reassuring throughout.
I had a reaction to the procedure and everyone made sure I was being looked after - from tucking an extra sheet in to preserve my dignity when I was too out of it to realise, to making sure I had a sandwich and cuppa before I went home
I'm sorry I couldn't get everything sorted out in the one-stop clinic, but am confident that I will be looked after well when I go back!
