(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My care has been 10/10. The nurses and the doctors have been good. The food has been okay with a good variety and is always warm. The issue with the food is you don’t always get what was offered as there is sometimes food missing due to a lack of availability. The rooms have been very clean so far. I am very aware of my treatment plan and have been updated very regularly. My bay mates are excellent and we all agree we are never mistreated and get anything we ask for. We are all aware of the virtual visiting service and all agree it’s a wonderful idea however we all have our phones so have no need for the service

Good afternoon

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of care within Craigavon Area Hospital. It is lovely to read such positive feedback about your experience. As you said we have our Virtual Visiting Service established within in Southern Health and Social Services Trust as we recognise how difficult it is for patients and families at the minute due to Covid 19 and the current restrictions on visiting.
