"A Healthier '2022' starting off as we mean to go on!"

About: Housing Support With Care at Home Combined / Kaim Court

This year the tenants and staff at one of our services has decided they will all try and become healthier. So they started the year as they mean to go on with ALL the tenants going for a walk somewhere, even if it was just around their flat or around the outside of the building. A few intrepid souls went further afield!  

We are going to try and get everyone to go for a little walk everyday as it is good for the body and soul!

What a fantastic way to start off the year, we would love to hear about your progress (Maybe even a photo!). Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your initiative, what a great way for staff and tenants to spend some time together! Hope everyone continues to have a great time exploring.
