I had two appointments with Angie Lhara, at the Angel Cetre Salford. She taught me how to deal with my problem. It was recognised as anxiety attacks due to the loss of work and not knowing what was going to happen; she gave me such confidence again.
The road to recovery as how to deal with symptoms should they re occur again, helped me to put my life back in order and make me the confident person I always was.
She gave me details about anxiety and her contact details should I want to speak to her again. Things are know back togther and in perspective.
