"Domestic abuse anxiety mental health issues emotions controlling my anger"

About: Community Partnerships Service

(as the patient),

When i first started my counselling. My head was very messed up due to the domestic abuse i received for my ex husband of 15 year.seen then i have come so far in the last 8months and my 12 week programme with this service.i have learnt to control my mood to different skill to keep my emotions and my temper at bay.i have also had a little girl in August and it is a wonderful out come because i got to take her home as i worked so hard with social workers counselling probation.and it has all help me get though the hard time And the difficulties that were going on drug use alcohol abuse now i feel like a new person my head is clear and i have a chance to be a worthy sensible person with all the help. But you do have to put the work in or you wont benefit from the program and it is tough talking about the death of a loved one its not going to work if you dont open up to professional that can really help and benefit from. Now my anxiety is slowly reducing my moods are control by medication and i am clean of drugs and alcohol and i feel free at last from all the bad things in my life now i have a life to look forward to.Never give up never give up you will get there it does take time to heal and it also is hard at times with the questions but i promise you can change if you really want to.And there is help just ask i did.and i have taken away many many skills and how to cope with day to day.
