"With Aspen ward I can relax"

I'm a carer, normally have concerns when she's on these wards with recent experiences... But aspen ward are brilliant. The way they treat her is really amazing.. Very responsive.. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, that's really good to hear. Brilliant with her, understanding.  Hope it doesn't get ruined by being sent elswhere, I've found similar wards elsewhere to be a disgrace. 10 years at this with wife. With Aspen ward I can relax, leave em to it, also wife feels she can approach them. Again that's surprised me..again considering the past issues we have had. Thankyou, she's still in there, but I have no concerns and that is rare on these types of ward.
