"Outstanding Care and Attention"

I want to express my sincere thanks to all the staff in ward 55 now 50 at the Western General Medicine for the Elderly, Doctors,  Nurses, Physios - Simon and Ayley and OH/OT  staff.

My mum of 95 years had her 3rd admission to hospital in two months, was transferred from ERI to the Western and she came home today.  The care attention and wellbeing was outstanding,  but also we are truly indebted for keeping us as a family informed.  I cannot thank all of the team enough, as I said not just for mum's treatment but also for the care and respect shown to us.  We are truly indebted that our mum for 95 years has come home, despite her frailities etc.,  in good form, and that is due to the staff…thank you
