We have unfortunately recently had 3 admissions to Castle Mey/ Dalhousie and the Tantallon wards. All staff we have encountered have been friendly, efficient and caring. The service they provide is outstanding despite being so busy. The Castle Mey ward especially is so busy but the staff never complain and always made time to help and check in despite being stretched. 

The staff on Dalhousie and Tantallon were angels. We were welcomed on to each ward with big smiles and relevant information. The care provided on these wards was exceptional. The staff made a horrible situation pleasant. We can never thank them enough.
