Unsafe equipment

About: Victoria Hospital / Respiratory Medicine

(as a service user),

I am on Ward 43 and a couple of times staff have had to use a commode with faulty brakes. Staff tell me they have been reported but nothing happens. I am concerned that they are being put at risk should there be an accident.
