Anything else?
I recently took my friend to the hospital after being hit in the face with a hockey ball. The receptionist was helpful and quick, and the paramedic nearby was chatty and friendly.
We were seen within twenty minutes by a nurse who checked over my friend. She was friendly, kind, helpful and treated both me and the patient well. Although students, she treated us like adults and respected everything we were saying. After five minutes we went back to the waiting room to wait for another nurse to finish the treatment.
After only ten minutes we were called through by another nurse to a different part of the accident and emergency. Once again, she was kind and thoughtful and treated the patient with wonderful care and respect.
I would like to say a massive thank you to all of the staff that helped out. It was a Saturday night, and I am sure the department gets very busy. We were so impressed and it would be wonderful if the staff who treated my friend heard this feedback!
Kind Regards
"A very quick, professional service"
