"Helpful Mental health service"

I have been in a very dark place since  April 2021, Unfortunately I had to give up my work in May 2021 because of physical and mental health issues.  That's one of the things that I had to remove from my life, I had a heart attack in April 2019 which was a total shock to the system plus we as a family had been through a horrendous 5 years of cancer, bereavement, suicide, a break up, psychosis, our house contents destroyed by falling ceilings and other personal issues, all within that time frame.

 I was then kindly offered treatment through Dione my supporter from CMP in Ballymena.  She's so supportive and caring.  She is amazing, patiently listening to me, crying, angry. I was totally lost before this treatment.  I'm not completely my old self yet but if it wasn't for her kind reassuring words it would be a different story today.  Dione and the weekly zoom was a breath of fresh air that I desperately needed. All the support system the CMP gave me helped me back up and gave me my understanding back. I would recommend them highly for all their help, advice and support thank you so much.
