"Outstanding Quality of Care"

About: Royal Derby Hospital / General surgery The Golden Brook Practice

(as the patient),

Hello I'm seventy years old and a Retired full time Carer.

I'm sending this short but very meaningful, email to those that work in the Elective Patient Unit, I have recently been in this Unit on three occasions, and on each one, I have had the most Outstanding Quality of Care, any one could ask for my needs, were met at every point, and I Can not thank the team, whether it was on the Night Shift or the Day Shift, And I'm returning  for my fourth visit, hopefully to have the all clear, but I am keeping my fingers crossed that all shall be well. Would you please, pass this email on to the Sister on the Day Shift. I can only state, that I am in the same unit, and I'm being cared for by the same teams, I can not thank them all, but I know my needs will be met, at all times, I just hope for the rest of the Hospital to see what I put, so they to will know that what I said came from the heart.
