"Access to bowel rehab"

About: NHS Grampian

(as a relative),

My relative is a disabled man in his 40's, refused Bowel rehab in NHS Grampian. Apparently there is nowhere in NHS Grampian that can provide this service to the disabled. Not an acceptable level of care. No dignity or quality of life because he is disabled . I feel he is being denied healthcare that is a basic human right.
