"All staff in 1 south are outstanding"

I was in 1 south for a few weeks and the staff became like family to me. They were brilliant and provided outstanding care. There was a lack of communication between Doctors which led to me being  misinformed on my care plan. There was a delay in my MRI scan also. The HCA’s and nurses are very good at their jobs and would even apologize if another patient was being disruptive even though it was not their fault. The ward was very clean even the nurses cleaned everything after use.

I was moved to ortho and this ward is very quiet, the nurses don’t seem to  bother with me as much, they only pop in and out to give medication. This ward isn’t as clean as 1 south and they seem to use the same cloth to wipe everything. The bathrooms are not cleaned as often as I would like.
