"Awful Service"

About: Amicus Health

Tried today to arrange a doctors call to be told nothing for 13 days. Receptionists are making decisions above their status. That is if you can get an answer on the phone from a receptionist. The service is positively the WORST I have had to endure in my 72 years of life. Constantly we have had errors on prescriptions, diabetic care issues and reception staff overexercising their authority. My wife and I are leaving this substandard practice.

Dear Mr Wright

I am sorry to hear you've been disappointed with the service. We always have on the day availability with our GPs and pre-bookable appointments for routine care tend to be further ahead. You would have been offered the opportunity to call in the following day to book an acute appointment.

The reception team work hard to help patients and we do not tolerate abuse of our staff.

Anna Pryce, Operations Manager
