Anything else?
Hello there I came in with the ambulance after a motorbike accident, on Sunday the 3th of march, the ambulance staff was great, but I soon I went in I had to wait for almost one hour, before some one sow me, in between some lady came to ask me for my address and name really weird and bored to do her job, finally I sow the doctor how seemed ok, we moved in a different room and he asked me what happened, and if I had any pain in my neck and ribs, all of this was ok, he was extremely worried if I had headache, thena nurse came to check my hard condition, after all the doctor told me is was ok and free to go, he gave me a leaflet for head injury and said: if u have any of this symptoms call the hospital. They let me go without any bandage on my blinding knee and elbow and in almost 2 hour to be there no ice was provide for my hematoma. Then they didn't gave any kind of certificate to prove I was there whats they done to me and what's my condition was. I hope I'm wrong but from what's I could understand I wasn't an emergency for them, I was less important then the lady who fall over on the street and banged her hand which was saw straight away, and less important from the lady who came in with a foot injury. What's I could see that they where a little lazy to work. I wish you never need a hospital treatment especially at the emergency and accident department.
