"Fantastic Service "

I attended Rochdale UCC initially greeted by nurse at door then seen by 2 doctors and transfered to Fairfield by ambulance

Seen in A @ E promptly and greeted with great warmth, compassion and respect by all team members - had CT brain scan at 02.00

Admitted to ward 7 again greeted with warmth compassion and respect

Transfered to Ward 8 where I stayed for 2 days

Throughout my stay at both sites I was treated in an excellent manner frrm all staff members Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Ambulance staff, Cleaners, Porters and Radiologists

The food was great - Thank you to the catering staff

I cannot praise the staff enough and the service I received was exemplary so Thank You to all and you should all be very proud of yourselves

What was great to see was fantastic team work in all the departments I attended and the camarderie between staff was heartwarming

I am a nurse myself and fully aware of the negative feedback the NHS gets but I must say I could not have had better treatment anywhere

I hope we don't meet agin but if we do I may look forward to it !!
