"The whole hospital is a joke"

About: Fairfield General Hospital

I have visited this hospital numerous times in the last couple months, to start off the doctors I've seen can be hilariously misinformed, like someone telling me to go to rochdale infirmary for eye problems without informing me id need a referral leading to wasted money and time going only to get turned away, to doctors being outright rude, to having my gp tell me to visit the AE department only to wait 10 hours to see a doctor just to get told to visit my GP. but the most hilariously awful experience I've had is with the eye clinic section, I waited 3 hours to get seen, I literally saw the slit lamp they had in the dept and they had opthalmoscopes literally right behind me and I got told they "couldn't examine my eye, the whole hospital is a joke and the management seriously need to evaluate who they are hiring
