"Excellent care"

I attended A&E pm on Thursday 16.09.2021

From being met at the entrance for Covid checks to being discharged I was treated with care,courtesy,consideration, sincerity and professionalism by all members of staff that I encountered.

All went busily about their duties and each procedure was explained to me before it happened.

I was very grateful for my treatment and prognosis.

All staff should walk around proud with their heads held high.

You have to bear being abused by a minority section of the public, but you are held in the highest esteem by the vast majority of us.

It is so sad that your overall remuneration does not match your skills and exertions.
