"Fast and professional paramedic care after motorcycle accident"

(as a service user),

Following a motorcycle accident where the bike crushed my ankle an ambulance was called.

The promptness was amazing. The 2 paramedics were so professional knowledgeable and empathetic along with a wicked sense of humour. They made my condition comfortable and made me feel taken care of.

Throughout the treatment I received to arriving at the hospital their professionalism was 1st class and made me feel proud we have caring people like this in the NHS.
