I was made to feel uncomfortable by the nurse, first I felt lectured for wearing gloves eg what if I touched my nose etc re covid! I felt I had to explain that I do not touch anything and if I had to I would sanitize my gloves! They did not in my opinion want to listen to me and I was made to feel that I should be doing what was suggested. It was claimed during my assessment that I was contradicting my answers! I asked could you please look at me when I was trying to show how the injury occurred and the reply was that they could hear me and must get on with the assessment. The nurse concerned was helping to put my top on but had it too high for my very sore shoulder and they just backed off with hands held up. I tried to explain that I had to have the arm lower to enable me to put it on and to be honest I felt they just did not listen and it was a very uncomfortable experience for me and I left the dept. very upset.
"It was an uncomfortable experience for me"
