My brother in law was taken into the hospital with an infection. He has cancer in the liver. I'm so glad we got him home today god bless him, every time we rang couldn't get through and when we eventually did it was seemed that the staff didn't know what was going on. Each one told a different story. Also his clothes were stinking and they were not showering him.  To be totally honest he looks worse than when he went in. It's an absolute disgrace the way patients can be treated, never again will he be anywhere near that ward.

I'm sorry that your brother in law is unwell and has needed to be admitted into hospital recently, I want to apologise for his experience while in hospital, and I would like to direct your feedback to the manager of the correct area to ensure that we can improve the care that is offered to those who use our services.
