"Lovely staff on the Silver heart unit"

Everything about my most recent experience was positive. The staff on the Silver heart unit were absolutely lovely from start to finish. The unit seemed extremely well run, efficient, organised and very clean. I felt in very hands. The procedure was explained very well and again was done Safely and efficiently with no problems. The pre-op a few days earlier was also a positive experience. The gentleman was thorough and explained everything with such a nice manner. I’ve got a lot going on with my health and it really does make a difference when you experience such wonderful care. Thank you.
