About: East Of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a service user),

I just want to thank the 2 paramedics who came out to attend to my mum. I think they were called Charis and Hannah. They were fantastic, really put my mum at ease and were so friendly and warm as well as being efficient and professional. They took time to listen to my mum and were sympathetic to the level of pain she was in. I am very grateful for everything  that they did for. Thank you
