Appointment for 1030am. Straight in. Administration done immediately. Put at ease by a welcoming nurse. Very short wait until surgery. All checks done then re-done. Explained to me what was going to happen. I was kept informed throughout the surgery. No pain whatsoever, despite having both eyes done one after the other. Treated with the utmost care that Royalty would have been proud of. Delighted to have the operation performed by the Consultant, who was excellent, as were all of her team. Scrupulously hygienic. No time wasting at all. In, done, out! Felt better next morning, and the results are stupendous. I am so grateful and indebted to the hospital, and so pleased that Frimley Park is our closest hospital to home. Forever thankful for our wonderful NHS and their excellent staff.
