About: General practices in Lanarkshire

(as a service user),

I have just attended an appointment with the nurse at my medical centre. I was really really nervous as despite working for nhs I still made the mistake of using dr google. I was worried but although she couldn’t give me definate answers, she was very reassuring, calm, funny and friendly. This manner made all the difference to how I felt leaving compared to how I felt arriving. Thank you.

Unfortunately, GP practices are independent contractors and are responsible for responding to any feedback a person may have about the service they provide; they are not registered to respond directly to feedback through Care Opinion.
