I came into hospital by ambulance in the early hours of Monday morning. The ambulance took over 6 hours to come but once it arrived the staff were all nice. I was brought into A+E where I stayed from 4am until 9am the next day. I was in a bed and all the staff were nice.
I sometimes find it hard to understand what the doctor is saying but he was very nice.
I was moved from A+E into the ambulatory unit which has been good because the staff would do anything for you and the ward is very clean. The main issue is that since I arrived in hospital I have never been given a pillow. One of the nurses made one from a towel for me but it isn't as comfortable as a real pillow would be.
Apart from this, I have received excellent care in Craigavon Hospital.
