"I have never received a reply"

I have two cysts on my head. One is very large and prevents me sleeping and causes headaches. The second is smaller but has repeatedly become infected requiring antibiotics.

I contacted the GP when the cyst first became infected and was prescribed antibiotics and advised on the symptoms of sepsis and the urgent steps to take if I had these symptoms. I was asked to contact the surgery the following week with another photo to confirm the infection had cleared up.  

A week later as instructed I sent my photo it had not cleared up and I was prescribed a second course of antibiotics. I asked to be referred to have both cysts removed. The GP told me no funding was available in the region and the CCG always refused funding applications.  Due to the problems caused by the cysts this didn't make sense to me, so I contacted the CCG who immediately sent me the criteria for funding and confirmed I had been given the wrong information about their funding of cyst removal. I checked the criteria provided and my situation very clearly fitted within it.

I contact the GP by email over a month ago attaching the criteria and asking that I be referred for my cysts to be removed. I have never received a reply.

As I had been asked to do at the end of my second course of antibiotics I emailed another photo of my still infected cyst to the surgery. The receptionist told me a doctor would contact me. That was several weeks ago, I still have not been contacted by a GP despite chasing. Recently I sent a further photo of my still very obviously infected cyst asking for a call back for advice on treatment, as well as a response to my previous letter requesting a referral to have the cyst removed. Again I have heard nothing.
